So they built the thing they couldn’t find: an automated system that hires based on execution, not talk.

Angelique and Anton built their careers scaling complex businesses across finance, tech, and services—working in high-stakes environments where speed and execution made or broke success.

They launched 10x.team to connect companies with top fractional professionals. But they quickly hit a wall: recruitment was fundamentally broken. Sourcing was outdated. Interviews were superficial. Hiring managers were left digging deep—with no signal, no speed, and no real data.

And if recruitment didn’t work, fractional teams couldn’t work either.

So in evenings and weekends, they started building what they wished they had: an execution-first hiring engine. Not a better resume parser. A better talent predictor.

That’s how 10xHire was born: to help hiring managers focus only on top-performing, execution-ready talent—so they can move fast and hire right.
